摘要: Abstract 1.1. An in vitro method for tagging leukemic human granulocytes, lymphocytes, and their precursors with radioactive sodium chromate (Na 2 Cr 51 O 4 ) was described. The exact mechanism of the process remains unknown, but influenced by varying temperature incubation. 2.2. In four instances, such tagged leukocytes were shown to circulate vivo following autotransfusion at least 24 hours. Although majority cells rapidly removed from circulation, two patients activity leukocytic fraction followed small numbers persisted circulation five days. 3.3. Leukemic have been an intravenous injection chromate. chronic myelogenous leukemia had a measured intravascular life span approximately 13 Two cases lymphatic demonstrated similar finding, lymphocytes additional 30 one case acute showed 10
