摘要: Plant-parasitic cyst and root-knot nematodes synthesize secrete a suite of effector proteins into infected host cells tissues. These effectors are the major virulence determinants mediating transformation normal root specialized feeding structures. Compelling evidence indicates that these directly hijack or manipulate refined physiological processes to promote successful parasitism plants. Here, we provide an update on recent progress in elucidating molecular functions nematode effectors. In particular, emphasize how modify plant cell wall structure, mimic activity proteins, alter auxin signaling, subvert defense signaling immune responses. addition, discuss emerging suggesting target recruit various components posttranslational machinery order perturb networks required for immunity regulate their own subcellular localization.
