摘要: Objective: To investigate the association between urinary hormone levels and migraine, with particular reference to rising falling of estrogen across menstrual cycle in women menstrually related migraine. Methods: Women regular cycles, who were not using hormonal contraception or treatments experienced one four migraine attacks per month, which regularly occurred on days 1 ± 2 menstruation, studied for three cycles. used a fertility monitor identify ovulation, conducting test each day as requested by monitor, sample early morning urine. Urine samples collected daily assay estrone-3-glucuronide, pregnanediol 3-glucuronide, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone. All kept diary continued their usual treatment Results: Of 40 recruited, data from 38 available analysis. Compared expected number attacks, there was significantly higher during late luteal/early follicular phase lower phases estrogen. Conclusion: These findings confirm relationship changing estrogen, supporting hypothesis perimenstrual but postovulatory “withdrawal” In addition, appear offer some protection against
