摘要: Given the complexity of modern research environment, funders (usually government agencies) are encouraging formation formal networks (FRNs). FRNs have a predictable structure which includes primary and (whether acknowledged or not) secondary stakeholders as participants. Policy program managers need to understand larger structure, not just internal operations, networks. We propose use actor-network theory strategy construction FRNs, in particular specific problems surrounding for social science sand humanities research.
