摘要: This article is a theoretical and empirical analysis of the construct collective teacher efficacy. First, model efficacy was elaborated for use in schools. Then, an operational measure developed, tested, found to have strong reliability reasonable validity. Finally, using instrument examine urban elementary schools one large midwestern district, positively associated with differences between student-level achievement both reading mathematics.
