摘要: Measurements of the thermionic emission and electrical conductivity as a function temperature for fixed states activation were obtained each four barium chalcogenides. From dependences these quantities electron affinities determined. The values 0.57 BaO, 0.84 BaS, 0.95 BaSe, 1.43 BaTe. These found to be essentially independent state samples.
