摘要: The microbial production of lipids and carotenoids is influenced by the experimental culture conditions, such as initial pH medium, temperature agitation. In this work we study influence pH, agitation on fatty acids yeast Rhodosporidium toruloides NCYC 921, cultivated in shake flasks. maximum (3,66 μg.L.h) occurred at 4,5; 30oC 150 rpm was obtained 4,0 (0,02g.L.h), a (0,01g.L.h) 120 (0,01 g.L.h). optimization conditions allowed for producing biodiesel more profitably.
