摘要: Nonlinear optical high-quality single crystals of potassium borodicitrate (KBDC) were grown by low-temperature solution growth slow evaporation technique. The crystal structure and quality the examined single-crystal X-ray diffraction high-resolution analysis, respectively. transmittance spectrum measured from as-grown exhibits wide range transparency UV to visible region. third-order nonlinear properties studied using Z-scan susceptibility (χ3) KBDC is found be 4.1130 × 10−9 esu. laser-induced damage threshold for was Nd:YAG laser. Furthermore, photoconductivity specific heat capacity measured, observed results are discussed in detail.
