摘要: Prostate cancer (PC) is the most common type of in men and major public health importance worldwide. This study aimed to establish clinicopathological presentation its impression disease progression like Castrate Resistant Cancer (CRPC) patients treated for at Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH) Dar es Salaam.This was a retrospective descriptive hospital based Hospital. Patients who were prostate identified. Information regarding primary prostatic treatment, clinical symptoms, age collected. A total 293 case notes reviewed which 189 carcinoma with androgen deprivation, 96(50.8%) met criteria diagnoses their mean 71.23±4.2. About half our 146(49.7%) presented history urine retention necessitating urethral catheterization but also had hard, nodulated, grade three though 48.2% missing documentation Digital Rectal Examination (DRE) findings. Most poorly differentiated histology PSA over 100ng/l. Almost all signifying metastatic disease. Majority symptomatic contrary natural early stage. Urine hard nodulated commonest whereas pathological finding among MNH Salaam, Tanzania.
