摘要: To establish the effects of training on Wii balance board (WBB) after posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction balance. Included patient injured her 22 months prior to study. Training WBB was performed 4 weeks, 6 times per week, 30–45 min day. Center pressure (CoP) sway during parallel and one-leg stance, body weight distribution in stance were measured. Additionally, measurements joint range motion limb circumferences taken before training. After training, almost equally distributed both legs. Decrease CoP most significant for with each leg compliant surface eyes open closed. The knee increased decreased. According results this single case report, we might recommend use PCL reconstruction. Case series no comparison group, Level IV.
