摘要: The Protocol on Environmental Protection to the Antarctic Treaty, “Madrid Protocol,” came into force in 1998. Included its provisions is protection of wilderness and aesthetic values. Despite passage 12 years, implementation these values has been slow. history desire protect reviewed, which reveals that they have actually discussed promoted by a number working groups under auspices Scientific Committee Research (SCAR) since 1980. was included failed Convention Regulation Mineral Resource Activities (CRAMRA) before being Madrid Protocol.
