Light-scattering studies of the formation of aggregates in mixtures of antigen and antibody

摘要: Formation of aggregates in mixtures antigen and antibody was followed by measurement the intensity light scattered at 90° ratio intensities 45° 135° under varied environmental conditions—concentration, antigen/antibody ratio, temperature, concentration neutral salts, hydrogen ion organic solutes. We propose that aggregation antigen—antibody complexes is accelerated change structure molecules occurs on combination with antigen. The effect solutes rate may be due to reduction association constant or inhibition combination. Acceleration early stage increase temperature attributed increased antibody.
