摘要: As part of a program to develop and validate methodology measure chemically induced immunotoxicity, the effect DES on resistance adult B6C3F1 female mice various microorganisms challenge with syngeneic tumor cells was evaluated. The received sc injections 50 μl corn oil alone or containing equivalent 0.2, 7, 4 mg DES/kg·d for 14 d. Three days later they were challenged Listeria monocytogenes, Streptococcus sp. influenza virus, herpes Trichinella spiralis, B16‐F10 cells. Host parameters mortality bacterial viral systems, expulsion parasites from gut T. lung weights tumor‐cell model. L. spiralis significantly decreased following exposure.
