摘要: Resume Dans son evolution, l’homme a developpe ses capacites d’endurance pour survivre et se developper. Cette evolution en fait le mammifere plus performant sur des efforts prolonges. Malgre cela, l’ultra-endurance (effort physique de quatre six heures) repercussions majeures l’organisme entrainant un syndrome inflammatoire reactionnel marque faisant lit complications graves. Rarement (chez 0,2 a 0,4 % athletes) pathologies severes necessitent une prise charge medicale. Parmi celles-ci, trois peuvent conduire patient reanimation : l’hyperthermie maligne l’effort, la rhabdomyolyse l’hyponatremie. La difficulte ces epreuves selectionne population sans comorbidites ce qui rend l’evolution souvent simple que dans generale.
