摘要: Abstract Experiments were carried out in the course of which during seated work a load 2 kg had to be lifted repeatedly 24 times per minute from 3 different beginning points within outward reach over distance 38 cm fixed point near body. In order measure physiological cost strictly due unweighted movements, identical tasks been performed by handling an almost weightless article (i.e. 0 kg). Besides oxygen consumption and heart rate as integral measures for stress strain, electromyographic activity (EA) 7 muscle groups was registered continuously each 11 subjects participating test sessions. EA standardized with help EA-values obtained preceding maximum voluntary contractions (MVC). The results show extensive consistent reactions global local indicators strain. Dependent on direction, even manual movements without external induced elucidated significant minimum values all parameters at 30° (measured frontal plane subjects). strain monitored muscles shows more or less distinct dependence direction. Almost only dynamic component is influenced, yet degree much higher than reaction parameters. Correlations between those well pulses indicate that electromyography efficient method determining muscular can assessed very precisely. Furthermore, multi-channel proved enable detection bottle-necks
