摘要: Current genetic investigations are performed both on the basis of a rational and biologically based choice candidate genes through genome wide scans. Nonetheless, lack replication is common problem in psychiatric genetics as well other fields. There number reasons for this inconsistency, among them known but poorly considered issue gene coverage. The aim present paper to focus defectively deemed bias, especially when approach chosen. technical feasibility proposal discussed survey current investigations. consistent methodology fix bias also discussed.
