摘要: Rolling-contact fatigue life tests were studied to evaluate the effect of nonmetallic inclusions in bearing steels similar AISI 52100. Fatigue conducted on a test machine that was composed round disk specimen substituted for housing washer thrust ball bearing. The loaded at 455 and 500 kg/mm 2 (4.46 x 10 9 4.90 N/m2) maximum hertzian stress, lubricated with spindle oil, operated room temperature. results showed alumina-type very harmful life, but sulfide not only had no influence increased air-melted even vacuum-melted steels. In electro-slag remelting steel, indicated possibility effects exception inclusions.
