摘要: The aim of this investigation was to present the 2-year follow-up results a longitudinal study examining influence growth hormone (GH) substitution on dental maturity in healthy children short stature (height <2 SD). At baseline, were divided into GH-deficient group and GH non-deficient group, comparisons made with controls between -2 SD 2 SD) groups. GH-substituted included 24 (8 F, 16 M) mean chronological age 12.20 +/- 2.40 years, whereas non-substituted 19 (5 14 11.00 years. corresponding age- sex-matched control groups constituted 48 36 children, respectively. 11.60 2.70 compared their 12.40 2.60 years (P< 0.05). for 10.20 11.90 0.001). show an acceleration contrast controls, is less pronounced.
