RENAL FAILURE IN CIRRHOSIS OF THE LIVER.

摘要: The clinical course and autopsy findings of three patients with acute renal failure terminating the cirrhosis liver are presented. Review literature demonstrated that where decompensated is present blood flow characteristically low, although total cardiac output elevated. This circulatory disturbance results in production urine low sodium, normal solute content. It also renders kidney more vulnerable to further, sometimes minor, reductions flow. As hepatic live through episodes gastrointestinal bleeding coma, death will undoubtedly become common.
