摘要: Hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) is an important process for removing oxygen from lignin-derived phenolic monomers to obtain chemicals that can be used as fuel or additives. A systematic study performed check the effects of supports (acidic, neutral, basic) and noble metals (Pd, Pt, Ru) on HDO phenol, guaiacol, eugenol. Evaluation combinations under similar reaction conditions shows supported a highly acidic support (SiO2-Al2O3) yield complete hydrogenation products with possibility CO bond cleavage achieve real activity, whereas mildly (γ-Al2O3), complicated product distribution achieved, neutral (C) basic (HT) give restricted activity but very high selectivity. On basis results, pathways are suggested deliberated. The catalysts show reproducible in recycle runs. characterized by various techniques (XRD, TEM, TPD, ICP-OES) establish catalyst activity–property relationship.
