摘要: THE human embryonic haemoglobins (Hbs) Gower 1 and 2 (ref. 1) are present in fetuses up to 60 mm crown–rump measurement2. However, relatively little is known about the structure function of these because difficulty obtaining suitable material, particularly since introduction suction method for terminating pregnancy first trimester. Here we amino acid composition sequence data e-chain, prepared by purifying Hb-Gower (α2e2) from early abortion samples. In addition, separation red cells majority maternal has led isolation demonstration that it ζ2e2.
