摘要: Dorenbeck U, Seitz J, Volk M, et al. Evaluation of arterial bypass grafts the pelvic and lower extremities with gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography: comparison digital subtraction angiography. Invest Radiol 2002;37:60-64. RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVES. The aim this study was to compare contrast-enhanced angiography (CE MRA) (DSA) in assessment patency stenoses grafts. METHODS. Fifteen patients were examined both CE MRA DSA. evaluated by four readers for potential stenosis five locations. classified types: 1 (0% 24% stenosis), 2 (25% 49%), 3 (50% 74%), 4 (75% 99%), 5 (occlusion). RESULTS. Using techniques, 70 75 locations (93.3%) identically. This included six 50%, respectively. Four overestimations scaled DSA as type 1. One categorized Sensitivity detecting ≥ 25% 100% specificity 90%. Interobserver agreement all evaluations 0.77 (Spearman rank correlation test). CONCLUSION. In low-grade grafts, overestimates slightly but yields good results
