摘要: Charge-pulse experiments were performed on artificial lipid bilayer membranes with charging times in the range between 10 ns and mus. If are charged to voltages order of 100 mV, membrane voltage at end charge pulse is a linear function injected charge. However, if 1V, this relationship no longer holds reversible high conductance state occurs. This defined as an electrical breakdown it does not allow higher than voltage, Vc. Between 300 5 mus 25 degrees C 2 40 C, Vc showed strong dependence time decreased from 1.2 0.5 V (25 C) 1 0.4 (40 C). For other below above these ranges, seemed be constant. The results indicate that phenomenon occurs less ns. pulse-length consistent interpretation mechanism terms electromechanical model. seems possible processes (such Born energy) become possible.
