摘要: Inulin powders in which at least a majority of the inulin is form small particles having dimension less than about 30 micrometers their largest dimension. that have greater solubility corresponding non-powdered inulin. Powdered sweeteners containing with sucralose has improved thermal stability and increased water. The compositions can be prepared by forming solution inulin, or water then spray-dried an atomizing nozzle, projecting fine spray into air stream elevated temperatures chamber under partial vacuum. Other ingredients, such as other high intensity sweeteners, natural non-fat dry milk, lactose, polyols, extracts, flavorings may included powder.
