摘要: Abstract Treatment of rats with carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4 ) resulted in early reproducible losses either one or two specific polypeptides (depending on the inducing agent which animals had been treated) molecular weight range multiple forms cytochrome P-450. The loss was correlated a decrease total P-450 content microsome. results this study and those accompanying report indicate that CCl metabolized by form (52,000 daltons), rapidly destroyed process. peptide occurred simultaneously previously demonstrated production highly reactive trichloromethyl radicals (·CCl 3 ). This polypeptide, shown to disappear from liver microsomes following treatment , be specifically required for radical reconstituted monooxygenase system.
