摘要: Cyanide is a chemical widely used in industry, and major environmental pollutant. Its toxicity caused by inhibition of cytochrome oxidase resulting histotoxic hypoxia. The effect sublethal doses cyanide on memory hippocampal neurotransmitters was studied male Wistar strain albino rats. reduced the along with reduction levels dopamine 5-hydroxytryptamine hippocampus. Pre-existing malnutrition animals exaggerated these effects.
