摘要: A new fully magnetically coupled based LLC resonant converter is proposed in this paper that achieves balanced output voltage sharing for medium (MV), high power applications. The modular approach of input-parallel output-series (IPOS) configuration with multiplier introduced to achieve gain and level. By magnetically-coupled the inductors high-frequency transformers, can inherently significantly reduce size volume entire system. circuit networks allow zero switching (ZVS) all primary-side SiC MOSFETs ZCS turn-on off secondary-side Schottky diodes over a wide load range. performance validated by simulation results 1.2kV/28kV, 130kW step-up converter, considering variation parasitic parameters magnetics capacitances. Experimental on laboratory-scale SiC-based 6kW, 500V/6kV also verifies 99% full-load efficiency.
