摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect synbiotic and probiotic supplementation on serum vascular dysfunction necrosis markers in hemodialysis (HD) patients. In randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 75 HD patients were randomly assigned either or placebo group. group received 15 g prebiotics 5 g powder containing Lactobacillus acidophilus strain T16 (IBRC-M10785), Bifidobacterium bifidum BIA-6, lactis longum LAF-5 (2.7 × 107 CFU/g each) sachets (n = 25), whereas probiotics same first with maltodextrin (n = 25) 20 g for 12 weeks. At baseline end study, concentrations soluble intercellular adhesion molecule type 1 (sICAM-1), cell (sVCAM-1), cytokeratin 18 (CK-18) as marker, uric acid, phosphate levels measured. Feces also collected microbiota colony counting. Serum ICAM-1 level reduced significantly after intervention period (P = 0.02), reduction different comparison (P = 0.03). VCAM-1 CK-18 not between groups. However, higher (P = 0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that ∆ sole independent determinant ∆ICAM-1 (P = 0 < 001). indicated level, which is a risk factor cardiovascular diseases patients, but has no marker.
