摘要: The objectives of this mixed methods research were 1) to study effects the health behavior modification program (HBMP) conducted under principles PROMISE Model and CIPP 2) compare 3-self behaviors biomedical indicators before with after completion. During program, three sample groups including 30 leaders, commanders 120 clients assessed, there assessments taken on 4,649 volunteers who at risk metabolic syndrome in 17 hospitals. collected data analyzed by t-test path analysis. instruments questionnaires used for evaluation, structuralized interview forms, assessment. findings as follows: assessment result deriving from comparing overall opinions toward among showed no difference (F=2.219), management factors based (positive reinforcement, optimism, context, process or activity provision) had an influence product success HBMP (p< 0.05) size 0.37, 0.13, 0.31 0.88 respectively. All could predict 69%. 3) After participating clients’ (self-efficacy, self-regulation, self-care) significantly higher than those appeared participation 0.05), their (BMI, blood pressure, waistline, glucose, lipid profiles, cholesterol, HbA1c) lower measured 0.05).
