摘要: This paper presents finding on the effectiveness of South Africa government housing subsidy scheme in delivery houses to its citizens, thus providing homeownership especially low-income group and disadvantaged poor. The also evaluates usage by occupants. result from post-occupancy survey provided revealed that progressive realization for groups is being met as all beneficiaries were African citizens. living subsidized originally allocated Gauteng Department Housing (GDOH), which overseas allocation province adopted site study. However, allocated, it was indicated some previously shacks, while homeless (absolute homelessness). Further findings showed original intended use (private residential use) what are used respondents. starts with an overview literature this topic importance homeownership, then results analysis research.
