摘要: The mechanism by which growth factors stimulate mitogenesis upon binding to their receptors involves several biochemical events and the generation of intracellular second messengers. EGF1 is regarded as a classical example factor acts on receptor harboring tyrosine kinase activity (Berridge, 1987 a,b; Carpenter, 1987). Recently, reports have indicated that in certain cell types, EGF stimulates inositol lipid turnover with formation Ca2+- mobilizing polyphosphates 1,2-diacylglycerol activating protein C (Hepler et al, 1987; Pandiella al., Johnson Garrison, Earp 1988; Takasu Moscat 1988). However, other studies demonstrated was unable trigger phosphoinositide metabolism 3T3 fibroblasts clone A431 carcinoma cells (Besterman 1986; Macara, Wakelam Therefore, EGFinduced might be considered lineagespecific, or at least type-specific (Earp 1988), role EGF-induced remains established.
