摘要: Despite large numbers of studies about defense response, processes involved in the resistance plants to incompatible pathogens are still largely uncharacterized. The objective this study was identify genes response by cDNA array analysis and gain knowledge functions response. Approximately 20000 rice clones were arrayed on nylon filters. RNA samples isolated from different lines after infection with strains or isolates Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Pyricularia grisea, respectively, used synthesize as probes for screening arrays. A total 100 differentially expressed unique sequences identified 5 pathogen-host combinations. Fifty-three detected showing enhanced expression 47 repressed pathogen infection. Sequence revealed that most had various degrees homology databases which encode putatively transcription regulating proteins, translation transport kinases, metabolic enzymes, proteins other functions. Most have not been previously reported being disease rice. results arrays, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, gel blot suggest activation repression these might occur commonly
