摘要: Disclosed is a process for treating body tissues such as vascular structures to remove barriers recellularization before and after implantation in human host. The tissue, example heart valve, subjected hypotonic/hypertonic treatment, then treated with enzymes provide collagen- elastin-containing matrix suitable recellularization.
