摘要: Abstract The usefulness of several microsatellites in the management Alectoris rufa restocking farms is evaluated present report. We analysed seven microsatellite loci 147 randomly chosen individuals from four Spanish farms. Global FIS values were not significant. Slight genetic differentiation was only found between Farms 1 and 4. global first second parent exclusionary powers 0.742 0.930, respectively. Microsatellite analysis can estimate relatedness pairs by means Identity index. Since genealogies are unknown most farms, pairwise index proved to be helpful matings, improvement reproductive success fitness descendants. Mean showed that within genetically more related than expected under random mating. Variance suggest absence closed familial groups these
