摘要: Abstract The electrochemical behavior of Al–5% Zn–0.02% In sacrificial anode was studied in 3 wt.% sodium chloride solution. experiments focused on the influence Ti and Zr as additional alloying elements aluminum anodes. For this purpose were added different levels from 0.01 to 0.2 wt.%. NACE efficiency polarization tests used. It found that by using 0.03–0.05 wt.% 0.05 wt.% elements; incremental homogeneous dissolution could be achieved resulting improved properties anodes, such current capacity efficiency. results suggest corrosion seems strongly related presence bifilms (doubled-over oxide films) suspended liquid alloy. Higher additions precipitate cause them sediment out alloy prior casting, thus depleting cast a useful dispersion centers, impairing uniform distribution
