In this article we review and histopathologic findings processes result from specific deposition structures skin. Paraneoplastic frequently associated with malignancies will not covered review. Some included here intact skin, whereas other cases lesions are due modified paraproteins form amyloid substance, cryoglobulins, or crystalglobulins. amyloidoma refers nodular dermal derived immunoglobulin light chains produced by local plasma cells absence systemic amyloidosis. Dermatologists dermatopathologists should aware features these rare because sometimes cutaneous sign an silent malignancy paraproteinemia.
