摘要: Combining the diagnostic utilities of cardiac structures, myocardial perfusion, and various tissue characterizing pulse sequence methods in matching scan planes within a single imaging session, magnetic resonance (CMR) provides novel interrogation physiology abnormal anatomy from forms cardiomyopathy. Establishment technical standards clinical adaptation past years has helped recognize distinguishing features different cardiomyopathies, with CMR currently assuming pivotal role diagnosis cases new-onset cardiomyopathy experienced centers. Quantitative measurements such as ventricular volumes, iron content, extent late gadolinium enhancement can effectively monitor disease status, guide medical therapy, impact patient outcomes specific settings. This chapter will aim to summarize these current applications case examples.
