摘要: As in many countries, policy makers China see the production of biofuel as an important strategy for energy independence and sustainable development. a promising feedstock second generation biodiesel,Jatropha curcasL. (JCL) is being massively planted on marginal land because Chinese framework has provided good opportunity promotion JCL biodiesel favorable conditions cultivation relatively mature processing technology. However, despite its potential contribution to greenhouse gas emission reduction, facing challenges, which are be dealt with before produced massive scale. It suggested that more efforts laid designing package production, especially incentive policies producers, making institutional arrangement management.
