摘要: The epidemiology of cardiovacular disease risk factors is changing rapidly with the obesity pandemic. Obesity independently associated risks for coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, and failure. Intra-abdominal also unique as a cardiovascular state in that it contributes to or directly causes most other modifiable factors, namely, hypertension, dysmetabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes mellitus. can exacerbate through variety mechanisms including systemic inflammation, hypercoagulability, activation sympathetic renin-angiotensin systems. Thus, weight reduction key strategy simultaneous improvement global risk, anticipated improvements survival quality life.
