摘要: A new highly reproducible method is described for the study of calcium oxalate crystal growth. After well-characterized seed material added to stable supersaturated solutions oxalate, and ion concentrations are maintained constant by simultaneous automatic addition reagent containing these ions, controlled a specific electrode probe. This simulates in vivo conditions influence potential inhibitors, including urines, can be conveniently studied terms simple Langmuir adsorption isotherm. For comparison different urine samples, only single mineralization experiment required.
