摘要: An improved way to impart antireflection properties light transmissive substrates and, at the same time, achieve a durable surface and electrical conductivity is disclosed. A stack of least two sputter-deposited inorganic layers, one which being electrically conductive having high index refraction with above it (relative substrate antireflected) low refraction, in combination thin lubricating overlayer comprising solvent-soluble lubricant such as fluoropolymer can this desired properties.
