摘要: If there is a strongly dominant vascular pedicle, muscle may be suitable for transfer as free myocutaneous flap. The minor pedicle(s) contribute significantly to the arterial blood flow overlying skin, however. concept of doing delay procedure (ligating pedicle) increase survival skin component flap explored.
