摘要: We point out that the Meissner effect, process by which a superconductor expels magnetic field from its interior, represents an unsolved puzzle within London-BCS theoretical framework used to describe physics of conventional superconductors, because it appears give rise non-conservation angular momentum. Possible ways avoid this inconsistency theory superconductivity are argued be farfetched. Consequently, we argue unless/until consistent explanation is put forth, existence effect anomaly casts doubt on validity framework. Instead, two elements unconventional hole superconductivity, namely charge distribution in superconductors macroscopically inhomogeneous, and fact spin-orbit coupling plays essential role, allow for effect.
