摘要: 1. We investigated the function of monoaminergic neurons in lower brain stem following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) induced rats, by measuring monoamine metabolites, usingin vivo microdialysis techniques. 2. A dialysis probe was implanted nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS) and perfusates were assayed high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrochemical detection (ECD). 3. The main metabolites measured NTS extracellular space 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid (DOPAC), homovanillic (HVA) 5-hydroxyindoleacetic (5-HIAA). 4. Monoamine rat nonspecifically increased, at least acute phase after cisternal injection blood or saline. 5. The disappearance rates 5-HIAA decline early DOPAC pargyline administration (75 mg/kg, i.p.) most rapid 2 days induction SAH, then recovered gradually. 6. These results suggest that functions noradrenergic serotonergic may be disturbed predominantly case vasospasm rats.
