Predicting lymph node status in patients with early gastric carcinoma using double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.

摘要: Introduction Double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS) is a new method we used in predicting lymph node metastasis (LNM) patients with early gastric cancer. Material and methods Seventy-six cancer diagnosed by gastroscope confirmed pathology after operation were examined using DCUS preoperatively. Group N1 included 15 LNM group N0 61 without LNM. Results In N1, 13 (87%) had marked hyperenhancement during arterial phase DCUS, 2 (13%) unmarked as hyperenhancement. N0, 24 (39%) 37 (61%) The sensitivity specificity of was 86.7% 60.7% respectively, the Youden's index 0.474. κ value this 0.89. Conclusions valuable to evaluate at an stage prognosis
