摘要: The study of nonlinearities in nature suitable for computer use has led to the cryotron, a device based on destruction superconductivity by magnetic field. its simplest form, consists straight piece wire about one inch long with single-layer control winding wound over it. Current creates field which causes central change from superconducting state normal state. current gain, that is, small can larger current; it power gain so cryotrons be interconnected logical networks as active elements. is also small, light, easily fabricated, and dissipates very little power.
