摘要: The measurements of metallic mercury vapor were carried out in seven local hospitals, where mercury-containing products are widely used, as well one residence to check effectiveness decontamination after spillage. Hopcalite a solid sorbent was used active and passive sampling methods, analyzed by CV-AAS technique. Good agreement found between results using samplers (pumped hopcalite adsorption tubes) (diffusion) monitors applied indoor atmosphere. indicated the presence vaporization sources assessed hospital rooms but majority cases levels did not exceed 1 μg/m3 i.e. Polish permissible concentration for residence. However, some rooms, elevated concentrations airborne up 13.9 recorded. Higher observed autumn season when compared summer.
