摘要: The aim of this experimental work, is to compare the performance and emission characteristics emulsified fuel in conventional engine. A single cylinder direct injection diesel engine has been used for investigation. Diesel water emulsion chosen as test considered reference fuel. As are immiscible, surfactants have form a homogeneous mixture called emulsion. span 80 tween 80. Water mixed proportions 5%, 10%, 15% by volume with diesel. For all emulsions, 1% surfactant used. It was found that brake thermal efficiency almost close simultaneous reduction smoke oxides nitrogen (NOx) emission. Suggested scope investigation might be an endurance additives increase calorific value.
