摘要: Throughout the life span, we are capable of representing quantities in absence language, or nonsymbolically. Additionally, over course development, learn many symbolic measurement systems for such as time and number. Despite substantial evidence a relation between acquisition nonsymbolic numerical acuity (see Halberda, Mazzocco, & Feigenson, 2008), no work has explored whether similar exists understanding temporal units timing precision. That is, does child's words like "second," "minute," "hour" have any to their ability tell which two events lasted longer? Six- 7-year-old children (n = 102, Mage 83.44 months, 52 females), who process learning measurement, completed discrimination task (assessing acuity) assessment.
