摘要: Abstract α-La 2 S 3 thin films have been synthesized for the first time by successive ionic layer adsorption and reaction (SILAR) method used supercapacitor application. These are characterized crystal structure, surface morphology wettability studies using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform-Raman (FT-Raman) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) contact angle measurements. The electrochemical supercapacitive performance of electrode is evaluated cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge discharge (GCD) impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. From study, it seen that delivers high specific capacitance 256 F g − 1 at scan rate 5 mV s with cycling stability 85% over 1000 cycles. Such La has great application in device energy storage.
